We've been working out of this spot in Masjid Bunder for a good while now. It is up on the second floor of the Devkaran building on Adi Marzaban Path. Most people know the area can get pretty crowded, especially around Ballard East, so we just get used to the noise and the busy streets outside. Room 16 isn't a huge space, but it fits what we need to get through the day. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit much if you’re carrying things, but that is just how these older buildings are. We start early most mornings because the traffic around here starts picking up before the sun is even fully up. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. My uncle used to say this part of town has its own rhythm, and after working here for years, I think he was right. We aren’t doing anything fancy, just keeping the business moving along like everyone else on this floor. There are a lot of other offices nearby, so we see the same faces every day at the tea stall or just walking past the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. If you are looking for us, you just head down towards the West side and look for the path near the main road. It's a simple setup we've got here, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us.
