Our office is in Malad East, specifically at 401 Tulip Vasant Valley Complex. It’s right on Filmcity Road, which is always packed with cars and people heading to the studios. Being near the Dindoshi Depot is actually pretty handy for us. We’ve been operating Quench Capital Advisors from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We handle capital and financial advising, which is mostly just a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy art on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we can get our tasks done. The building itself is quite busy, so there’s always something going on in the hallways. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just wait and chat. We like the neighborhood because you can find good food anywhere. Usually, we just grab something quick and come back to work. We aren't the type to use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just help our clients with their money and keep things moving. The monsoon season gets a bit messy around here, but the office stays dry enough. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We are just a small team of people who know their way around numbers and like working in Malad.
