Purple Properties

Our office, Purple Properties, is in the Panchaganga Building over in Lower Parel East. It is unit 4/111 on N M Joshi Marg. This part of town is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We spend a lot of time looking at different flats and commercial spaces in the area. The office itself is pretty small, mostly filled with maps of the locality and sets of keys for various properties we are looking after. People often drop in just to ask about what is available nearby or to get a sense of the current rates. We try to keep our files updated, but there is always a new listing or a change in status to keep track of. It can get a bit hectic when multiple people come in at once, and we are scrambling to find the right paperwork. The building we are in has that old charm, though the stairs can be a bit narrow when you are carrying bags or folders. We know this neighborhood inside and out because we are constantly walking around to check on sites. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual buildings. We don’t have fancy brochures, just our notes and whatever we’ve seen with our own eyes. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at different corners. We just keep at it, day in and day out, helping people find a place in this busy city.
