Nehal Collection

Nehal Collection is a small clothing shop located in Malad West, though we also have connections to the Ganesh Nagar and Mundhwa Road areas in Pune at number 10. We have been in the garment business for a while now, mostly focusing on everyday wear that people in the neighborhood can afford. The shop is filled with stacks of fabric and ready-made clothes. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the colors and patterns everywhere. We spend our days helping customers find the right size or suggesting something they might like. It isn't a high-end boutique with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. We have a simple changing room in the back and a counter where we wrap things up in plastic bags. Sometimes the shipments from Pune take a bit longer than expected, so we have to tell people to come back next week. We know a lot of the ladies who live nearby, and they often stop by just to see what new stock has arrived. It is a lot of folding and re-folding clothes after people have looked through them. The work is simple but it keeps us on our feet. We don't do any big sales or advertisements; we just rely on people walking past or hearing about us from their friends. It is a quiet, local way of doing business.
