Einstein Teresa Communications is based in Byculla, specifically in the V K Industrial Estate. Our unit is number 215 at 10/14 Pais Street. We are right across the road from the Planet Godrej Complex, which is a big landmark in this area. Being in an industrial estate means the environment is very practical and no-nonsense. There are always people moving boxes and the sound of machinery nearby. Our office is a simple workspace where we handle our communication services and technical tasks. We don't have a big, polished reception or any corporate posters on the walls. It is just a place where we get our work done. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine of the building. We deal with various clients who need help with their communication setups. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain what we are doing in plain English. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have our fans and our tea to keep us going. We like being in Byculla because it is central and we can reach our clients across Mumbai fairly easily. It is an honest, hardworking atmosphere here, and that is exactly how we like to run our small business. No fuss, just steady work.
