Pure Exports & Imports Pvt. Ltd. is over in Mulund West. We are at Block No 81/1 in the Mulund Colony. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Rama Pir Mandir. It is a lively area and we like being so close to the temple. Our office is a straightforward place. We do not have any expensive decorations or a fancy lobby. It is just a place where we work. We handle both exports and imports, so there is always a lot of coordination involved. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with notes and schedules everywhere. We are a small team of local people who know the industry. We do not try to act like a big corporate firm. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the jobs done. Sometimes the power goes out in the colony and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to catch up on other things. We know our neighbors and the shopkeepers around here. It is a friendly place to be. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure that everything is moving through the customs process. It is not always easy and there are often delays, but we just handle them as they come. We are just regular folks working hard in Mulund to keep our business going.
