Punatar & Associates

Punatar & Associates is located in the Dunhill Corner building over in Santacruz East. We are on the fourth floor, specifically room 401. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find Golibar Road Number 7. Most people know the K 11 Fitness Academy, and we are actually right above them. You can sometimes hear the faint sound of music or weights from the gym, which is just part of the daily background noise here. Santacruz East is a hectic part of town, always moving and always loud. Our building is right in the thick of it. The elevator works most of the time, though sometimes it’s quicker to just take the stairs if you’re only going up a floor or two. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have our files, our desks, and a couple of chairs for anyone who stops by to chat. It’s not a shiny glass office; it’s more of a lived-in space where actual work happens. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. It’s a practical location for us. Being near the fitness academy helps with giving directions to people who haven't visited before. We just do our thing here every day. It's a typical Santacruz workspace, busy and unpretentious. Most of the people in the building are just trying to get through their lists, same as us.
