Prompt Computer Services

Prompt Computer Services is based over on 3 Road in Santacruz. We’re near the N R Colony and the Airport Road, right by where Linking Road starts to get busy. It’s a good location for us because people can reach us from different sides of the neighborhood. We started this because we know our way around computers and wanted to help folks nearby. The shop is a bit small, filled with parts and tools we use every day. We aren't some big tech firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here. We handle whatever walks in, whether it’s a broken screen or something else. Santacruz is a nice place to have a business. We see a lot of the same faces every week. We don’t use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we’re backed up with work, but we try to get through it. The airport road traffic can be a pain during rush hour, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. We like being a local resource for the community. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We keep the shop open late most days. It’s just how we run things. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but we usually get it sorted. That's life for us here in Santacruz.
