Premier Travels

We’re located in Santacruz, on Vidyanagari Vasna Road. It’s a decent spot for a travel business because people are always coming and going in this part of Mumbai. We don't have a big office with shiny glass. It’s a pretty basic room with a couple of desks and phones that don't stop ringing. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or trying to figure out the best routes for people. We handle a lot of local trips and some further away. It’s not always easy with the traffic in Santacruz, but we do what we can. We’ve got a lot of maps and scribbled notes on the walls. It’s a bit messy sometimes. We don't have a fancy uniform or a mission statement. We just try to get people where they need to go. Usually, you’ll find us drinking tea and looking at schedules. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know how the roads work around here. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver is late, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the way it is in the travel business. We don’t promise anything we can’t do. We just run our small office and help folks get around the city or out for a weekend trip. It’s a busy life.
