Premier Job Placements

Premier Job Placements is situated on Dispensary Road in Khar West. It’s a busy little stretch of road, and our office is right in the middle of it all. We spend our days mostly on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street looking for a new start. Finding work for people is a lot of back-and-forth, and our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and printed resumes. We aren't one of those big national agencies that treat everyone like a number. Since we are in Khar West, we get to know the local shops and the people who live around here quite well. Some days we have more jobs than people, and other days it’s the other way around. We just try to balance it out as best we can. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, chairs, and a small area for people to wait. We don't use any slick marketing talk because we don't think it really helps anyone get a job. It’s about being honest about what’s available and what someone is good at doing. We’ve had many people come back just to say thanks after they’ve been in a job for a year or two. That’s the part that makes the long hours on Dispensary Road worth it. We just keep plugging away, one person at a time, trying to make the right connections without making things too complicated. It is just a small office trying to help people find their way.
