Preety Bagz

Preety Bagz is tucked away on the second floor of 176 Abdul Rehman Street. It’s right above the Union Bank of India, so you have to climb the stairs to find us in Room 9/A. It’s a bit of a climb, but we have all our bags laid out once you get there. We’ve been in Masjid for a long time now. The street is always loud and full of people buying all sorts of things, but up here it’s a little more focused. We make and sell different kinds of bags. Nothing too crazy, just practical stuff that people use every day. Sometimes the room gets crowded with stock, especially when a new shipment comes in or we finish a big order. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a workspace where we keep things organized the best we can. We spend most of our time chatting with regular buyers or checking the stitching on the bags. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we aren't all related. We just show up, do the work, and hope people like what they buy. There’s no big secret to it. We just try to keep the quality decent and the prices fair so people keep coming back up those stairs. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going while we sort through the latest designs and styles.
