You can find us at number 40 in the Bombay Talkies Compound, which is on Thanisandra Main Road in Malad West. This area used to be very different back in the day, but now it’s full of small industrial units and warehouses. We have been here for a while, dealing with steel supplies for all kinds of projects. Our yard is usually quite messy with piles of metal and the sound of cutting machines. It’s not a clean or quiet place to work. The office is just a small partitioned area inside the warehouse where we keep our records and talk to customers. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of traffic and dust coming in. We don't have a professional sales team or a fancy website. We just talk to the people who come in and try to give them what they need for their construction or manufacturing work. It is a lot of hard, manual labor, moving heavy loads and making sure the measurements are correct. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or broken equipment, which is just part of the daily grind. We aren't doing anything special, just running a local business the best we can. Most of our customers are from around Malad and they know we are here if they need steel. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
