This is Pratap Packers & Movers. You can find us at 308 Masjid Bunder Road, inside Veena Chambers. We are in Sector 5 of the M D C area, right near the Masjid Bunder Railway Station. It’s a crowded part of town, let me tell you. Moving stuff in and out of here is always an adventure because of the narrow streets and the railway station crowds. We spend a lot of our time packing boxes and carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs. It’s physical work and it's tiring. My back hurts most days but the job needs to get done. We started this business because people are always moving in and out of this part of Mumbai. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of trucks. We have a few good guys who know how to wrap a glass vase so it doesn't break. Sometimes things get scratched, it happens, but we try to be careful. The office in Veena Chambers is mostly for storing materials and taking calls. It’s not very big and there are always stacks of tape and bubble wrap everywhere. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If you call, you'll probably talk to me or my brother. We know the Masjid Bunder area like the back of our hands. It’s a tough business but we’ve been here for a long time. We just show up and do the work every single day.
