Praja Hr Services is based out of Sahyog Society, right over in Kharegaon. If you know where Ganesh Vidyalaya is, then finding B-107 isn't too hard. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a bit now. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except when the school nearby is letting out. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a regular room with some desks and chairs where we sit and go through resumes and job listings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screen. It can be a bit slow some afternoons, while other times everyone is talking at once and the place feels tiny. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s just us working here. Most people who come by are locals from around Thane or the nearby suburbs. We talk to them about what they’re looking for and see if anything matches up. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things work out quickly, and other times it takes a long while to find a decent fit for a position. We just keep at it every day. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when we need a break. It's a simple operation, really. No big corporate meetings, just regular work done by people who live right around here. We just try to get people into jobs and keep things moving.
