You can find us at 68 Ganesh Kutir on Prathana Samaj Road. We are situated in Vile Parle East, right near the CKP Bank. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. Pradeep Subhedar & Associates has been here for a good number of years. The office is inside a residential-style building, which gives it a more personal feel than those big glass towers. We have a few rooms where we keep our records and do our daily meetings. It’s nothing fancy, just a workspace where we put in our hours. The neighborhood has a very traditional Vile Parle vibe, and we have many regulars who drop by just to say hello. We don't really go for all that modern marketing stuff. We just focus on doing our jobs and letting the results speak for themselves. There’s usually some tea being made in the small pantry, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. When things get busy, we just hunker down and work through it. Being near the bank is helpful for people who are coming to see us for the first time. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this street over the decades. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it works for what we do. We are just a local team doing what we know best in this part of Mumbai. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
