Our office is located at 11/B in Chembur, right on the 4th Cross near Sampige Main Road. If you know where the Hotel Neel Kamal is, we are basically right there next to it. It is a very busy area with a lot of small shops and people moving around throughout the day. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and some big filing cabinets for all the investment documents we have to handle. We spend a lot of our time looking at numbers and talking to people about their financial plans and what they want to do with their savings. It is quiet work for the most part, except for when the traffic outside on the main road gets heavy. We have been here for a long time and most of the local shopkeepers in the lane know us by name now. We don't have fancy neon signs or a big lobby area. It is a modest setup where we just focus on the task at hand. Usually, the morning starts with checking the mail and organizing the appointments for the afternoon. Sometimes we grab lunch from the small food places nearby. Working in Chembur has its own rhythm that you get used to. The 4th Cross can get a bit congested in the evenings, so we try to get most of our errands done before then. It is a straightforward business. People come in, we sit down, and we look over their papers together.
