You can find us at 20/2 Kumbharwada in Krishna Nagar, inside a building called Alka Smruti. We deal with steel and metal items mostly. It is a noisy business because there is always some clanging or moving of heavy pieces going on throughout the day. The workshop and storage area can get pretty dark and dusty, but that is just the nature of working with steel and iron. We have been in Kumbharwada for quite some time now. It’s an area known for this kind of industrial work. Our days are spent measuring, cutting, or just moving inventory around. We aren't a big factory, just a local place where we handle steel orders for whoever needs them for their own projects. Sometimes we have a lot of scrap lying around that we need to clear out on the weekends. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the bills and papers in some old folders. People from around Krishna Nagar know where we are if they need something made or repaired. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty within five minutes of starting the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the gates every morning and get to work. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them. It is just a regular, honest day of labor for us here at Alka Smruti. Anyway.
