Pooja Steel & Alloys

Pooja Steel & Alloys is based in the Pathak Building on Ardeshir Dady Cross Lane. Our office is number 20, and we’re quite close to C.P. Tank. That area is always buzzing with activity, especially in the afternoons. It can be a bit of a challenge to find parking around here, but people manage. We handle steel and various alloys, which means we’re always looking at specs and grades. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The office is small and filled with samples and old files. We don’t have any big marketing team; it’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are on the phone with suppliers or checking on a delivery that’s stuck in traffic. The building itself has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk up the stairs. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this lane, but we’re still here, doing our thing. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking numbers so we don't make mistakes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who buy from us. It’s a simple life, focused on the trade we know. Some days are slow, others are hectic, but that is just how the steel business goes in this part of town. We just keep moving forward.
