Pooja Beverages & Food is over in Sakinaka at Jukaso House on A-K Road. If you know Andheri East, you know it’s always moving. We are right in the middle of that energy. Our days are filled with making sure the food and drink side of things is running like it should. There’s always a lot of noise outside from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, we are usually checking on production numbers or talking to the delivery drivers. It’s a practical business. We don't have time for a lot of fluff. People need their supplies, and we make sure they get them. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We’ve had a lot of the same staff for a long time, so we all know how the other person works. It makes the day go by faster when you don't have to explain every little thing. We handle the paperwork and the physical inventory side by side. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes a machine acts up or a delivery is late, but we just handle it as it comes. We’ve been a part of the Sakinaka landscape for a while now, just doing our bit in the food industry. There is always a crate being moved or a truck being loaded out front.
