You can find us at building number 7, in the Solitaire II society over at Poonam Gardens. This is right on the Mira Bhayandar Road, not too far from the MIG Complex in Mira Road East. It’s a pretty active part of Thane. We mostly focus on tea and snacks, which is why we picked this name. Our shop or office is in room 103, and it's where we figure out all our plans. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. It's just a local thing we started because we like a good cup of chai and wanted to share that. The area around Poonam Gardens is nice, lots of people walking their dogs or going to the shops, so we feel like we’re part of the neighborhood. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We just make tea and try to make sure it tastes like it should. We keep a kettle going for ourselves too, most of the day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the road outside is packed with cars. We keep things simple here. The furniture is basic and we spend more time on the stove or the computer than worrying about how the office looks. It’s a small team of us working together. We just wanted a place where people could get something familiar. It is just a regular business run by regular people who live and work in the same area.
