P.K. Brush Industries

P.K. Brush Industries is tucked away in Adarsh Nagar, specifically in Room No: 131/5. We are pretty close to the Adarsh Vidyalaya School in the Shell Colony part of Chembur. It’s a quiet enough area, except for when the school kids are heading home. We’ve been operating out of this room for a while now. We make brushes. Not the fancy kind you see in art galleries, but the practical ones used in factories and for cleaning. It's dusty work, as you can imagine. There are fibers and wooden handles stacked up against the walls most days. We are a small operation, just a handful of us working together. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. Someone answers the phone, someone else packs the boxes, and we all help with the making. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve learned how to move around each other without bumping into things. We’ve lived in Chembur for years, so this feels like home to us. We don't use big words or make huge promises; we just make the brushes as best as we can. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It's just the way it goes here. We enjoy the routine and the familiar faces who drop by to pick up their orders. It’s a small, steady life in a busy city.
