Andheri East is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it at Ysm Bhavan. Being near the MIDC Telephone Exchange means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. We are at No-B-10 on Central Road. The building is older, but it is solid. You can hear the hum of the city all day long. Inside the factory, things are pretty industrial. We have a lot of metal and heavy parts lying around. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working factory, not a showroom. We wear heavy shoes and stay careful around the machinery. The office part is just a small partitioned area where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It gets dusty pretty fast no matter how much we sweep. Pioneer Channel Factory Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this MIDC community for a long time now. We know the guys at the tea stall across the street and the security guards at the neighboring gates. The commute can be a nightmare when it rains, as Andheri roads tend to get messy. But we show up anyway because the work doesn't stop. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People find us because they know we are here on Central Road. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from early morning until the evening.
