We are up on the 12th floor of Maker Chambers IV, right in the middle of everything in Mumbai. Honestly, the elevator takes a while sometimes because the building is so busy, but once you get up here, it’s just a regular office setup. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now, and most people around here know us as the PIL team. It isn't a fancy place with modern art on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up because that is just how the shipping business goes. We spend most of our days talking to people on the phone or handling documents that come through the door. The commute to Nariman Point can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We usually just grab tea from the stall downstairs or eat lunch at our desks when things get hectic. It’s a straightforward operation here. Nothing too complicated or corporate-sounding. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the paperwork is sorted out for the day. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on calls at once, but that is just the way it is in a place like this. We don’t really have a big reception area, so when people come by, they usually just walk right into the workspace. We've got some good neighbors here, which makes the long hours more tolerable.
