We have been running Perfect Hr Solutions from this little spot at C101 in Bandar Pakhadi for a good while now. It’s not one of those shiny offices you see in the city center with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. Instead, we have a few sturdy desks, some old filing cabinets that sometimes stick, and a view of the street that keeps us connected to what's happening outside. We spend our mornings going through heaps of applications and our afternoons talking to folks who are looking for a break. People just walk in sometimes, asking if there is anything available, and we do our best to point them in the right direction. It's mostly about matching what a person can do with what a business needs at that moment. We don't use any complicated software to do it, just a lot of lists and our own memory of who is looking for what. It gets a bit hectic when three phones ring at once, but that’s just how the day goes here. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to help people get their foot in the door somewhere. Living and working in Bandar Pakhadi means we know a lot of the families around here, which makes the work feel more personal. It’s a simple life, focused on getting people hired and keeping things moving. We don't have a big marketing team, just our sign out front and the work we do every day. We’re just happy to keep at it.
