People Consultants

We’re located at MIDC 717 in Malad West. People Consultants is what we call ourselves. The office is right in the heart of the industrial area. It’s a lot of gray buildings and trucks moving in and out. We help people find jobs, mostly. People come in with their resumes, some of them written by hand, and we see where they might fit. It’s not a fancy corporate headhunting firm. We’re more down to earth. We talk to the local factory owners and see who needs workers. It's about connecting neighbors, really. We’ve been in this 717 spot for a few years now. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps us cool during the summer. We don't use a lot of big HR words. We just listen to what people are good at and try to help. Sometimes it's hard when there aren't many jobs, but we do what we can. We don't charge people crazy fees. We’re just trying to make a living like everyone else in MIDC. It’s a busy place and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have any posters on the wall about success or leadership. Just a calendar and a few desks. We like it that way. If you’re looking for work or need someone for your shop, we’re right here. It’s just us, working through the daily grind.
