You can find Penguin Holidays Pvt Ltd on the 3rd floor of the Ready Money Building. We are situated in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate over in Tardeo. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Drum Beat Restaurant, which is a good landmark if you get lost in the estate. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people plan their trips and vacations. The building is an old industrial one, so it has that solid feel to it. Our office is a bit small, filled with travel brochures and maps pinned to the walls. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate agency. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, talking to customers who walk in or call us up. We handle everything from train tickets to overseas tours. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so people take the stairs instead. We know most of the other folks working in the estate by now. It’s a nice community feel. We don't use any big words or try to sell people things they don't actually need. If someone wants a quiet trip, we look for that. If they have a tight budget, we work with it. It’s just honest work for us. We like seeing the photos people send back after their trips, though we don't always have time to look at all of them. It's just a regular travel shop in Tardeo.
