Down in Fort, you’ll find us at the Madhuban Building. We are on the ground floor at number eight. It’s an old part of Mumbai, right on Cochin Street. Penanshin Shipping I Pvt Ltd Mumbai has been operating from this little corner for a good while. The building has that classic Fort feel to it. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, just a solid old place where we work. We handle shipping stuff mainly. There are always stacks of documents on the desks and the phone is usually ringing. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in with questions. We know the guys at the other offices on Cochin Street pretty well. It’s a bit of a community here. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the containers and the cargo. The streets outside are narrow and usually full of people and vendors. It gets a bit hectic around lunchtime. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you need to find us, look for number 23 on the street.
