Vashi is a busy place, and our sector is no different. Even though the company name sounds quite official, our office here is very much a local setup. It’s an older building and we work out of a flat, which makes it feel a lot less formal than those big glass offices you see in the city center. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and there are cables and boxes of equipment tucked into the corners. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend our time fixing problems and making sure systems are running. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of hardware to deal with, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat our tiffins at our desks or go to a local stall nearby for a quick bite. We’ve been in this building for a long time and we’re part of the neighborhood now. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate jargon. We just speak plainly about what needs to be fixed. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us. If you come by, just knock on the door of Flat 2. We’re usually inside.
