Patna Express Cargo

We have been here in Andheri East for a while now. The office is in Anil Chamber, which is just on Shantilal Modi Cross Road. It's a busy spot, especially being so close to the Sakinaka Telephone Exchange. Traffic is always a mess around here but we get used to it. Patna Express Cargo is basically just us handling shipments and making sure things get where they need to go. Most days it’s just about answering phones and moving boxes. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a local place. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, or a truck gets stuck, but that is how it goes. People come in to send stuff to their families or for their small businesses. We try to keep it simple. You can find us easily because of the landmarks. The building is older but it works for what we do. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because we’re usually too busy with the cargo. It’s loud out on the street but inside we just focus on the paperwork and the parcels. If you’ve lived in this part of Mumbai, you know how it is. Every day is a bit different. One day it's quiet, the next day we have more boxes than floor space. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized enough to find everything. That’s pretty much the whole story of our shop here. We just keep moving every single day without much fuss.
