Patco Financial Investment Consultancy is over at Mogra Pada. Our office is Flat Number 6, inside Building Number A/1/B/1. It’s easy to find because we are directly opposite the Police Camp. Having the police camp right there makes the area feel quite safe and it's a very clear landmark for anyone who isn't familiar with the side streets of Mogra Pada. The building we are in is a standard residential-style block that has been converted for our use. Inside the flat, it looks like a typical working office—plenty of files, calculators, and a few old computers. We spend our hours looking at investment options and talking to people about where their money is going. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work that keeps us busy every day of the week. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or someone cooking dinner in the evenings. It’s a very different vibe than a city skyscraper. We like it this way because it’s approachable. You don’t need an appointment to just knock on the door and ask a question. We usually keep the windows open to let the air in, even if it means a bit of dust settles on the desks. That’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It is a good place to be.
