We've been here in Andheri East for quite a while now. Being right on the Western Express Highway in Chakala means things are always moving fast outside our doors. It is a noisy part of town, but we are used to the traffic and the constant hum of the city. Our building has seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It’s not fancy here. There are files on the desks and people coming in and out all day long. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a mess for everyone, but we still show up and get things done. We started out small and just kept going. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know how each other works. It’s a bit cramped at times when we have a lot of work piled up, but we manage. You can see the planes taking off nearby which is just part of the background noise for us now. We don't spend much time worrying about the office decor or anything like that. It’s a workplace, plain and simple. We deal with whatever comes our way and try to stay organized. Usually, lunch is a quick affair because there is always something else to handle. It's just a regular spot in a very busy part of Mumbai where we do our thing every day without making a big fuss about it.
