Paritrupti Cafeteria

Our place, Paritrupti Cafeteria, is located over at Marine Lines on Magadi Road. It’s a busy area, and we try to keep up with everyone who is rushing to and from work. The cafeteria is simple, with basic tables and chairs that don't always match. We don't have a waitstaff; people mostly just come up to the counter and tell us what they want. The kitchen is right behind us, so you can hear the pots clanging and the water running all day long. We keep a large pot of tea going constantly because that is what most people ask for when they sit down for a break. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the windows get a bit dusty from the road outside, but we focus more on the food than the decor. It’s a place where you can sit for a few minutes without anyone bothering you. We get a mix of office workers and people just passing through the neighborhood. We don't have a complicated menu, just the usual stuff we know how to make well. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the fridge or reorganize the pantry. We just do our job, serve the food, and lock up when the sun goes down. It's nothing fancy, just a regular spot for a regular meal on Magadi Road.
