We are situated in Alibag, within the Raigad district. Life moves a bit differently here compared to the frantic pace of Mumbai. Our office is a simple, no-nonsense place where we handle consulting work for the local community. On certain days, you can actually smell the salt from the sea when the breeze is coming from the right direction. Most of our clients are people from around here or those who have small businesses in the area. We don't really believe in rushing things; we take the time that's needed to get things right. The office has a couple of old desks and some wooden cabinets where we store all the physical files. We don’t bother with the air conditioning much, preferring to keep the windows open to let the air circulate. Alibag is a peaceful town during the week, although it gets quite noisy when the tourists arrive for the weekend. We usually try to wrap up our tasks before it gets dark so we can get home to our families. It’s a very local feel here, and we know most of the people who work in the nearby shops and government offices. Our reputation has just grown over the years by word of mouth. We aren't trying to be a high-flying corporate firm. We just listen to people when they walk in and try to give them some practical advice. It’s a good, quiet life and we like it.
