We’re tucked away in Bernard Market on the A G Link Road. Paramount Systems is at A/10. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes with the Saki Vihar traffic being what it is, but we’re used to it by now. The office is mostly filled with boxes and old computer parts that we might need one day. We do a bit of everything related to systems and technology. It’s definitely not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we fix things or set up new kits for people who come in. The desks are always a bit cluttered with wires, screwdrivers, and half-empty coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens trying to figure out a glitch. Usually, there’s some radio playing in the background to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We don't have a dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for crawling under desks to plug things in. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone knows someone who got their system fixed here, and they give us a call. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished sales pitch. We just look at what’s broken and try to make it work again. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s a decent way to earn a living, even if the air conditioning is a bit temperamental during the summer months.
