I've been running things here at 12/A on the first floor for quite a while now. Shantinath Shopping Centre is one of those local spots in Malad West where everyone seems to know everyone else. If you are looking for the office, just find the Gt Road and look for the Ridi Hotel; we are right near there. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s not too bad. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some old files and a sturdy desk where I spend most of my day. Malad is always noisy with the traffic and the people shouting outside, but once you get inside and turn the fan on, it’s alright. We don't have any big corporate signs or shiny glass doors. It’s just a regular workspace where the work actually gets done. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops pop in for a quick chat or to share some tea. That’s how things go around here. You deal with the heat in the afternoons and keep the paperwork moving. It’s a practical setup for a small business. People find us mostly by word of mouth or because they’ve walked past the building a hundred times. We just try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches, no complicated systems, just a local person working out of a local building in a busy part of town.
