Pankaj Rakhashiya

My name is Pankaj Rakhashiya and I run my operations out of Room No 14 at Dharshi Kheshi Wadi. This is in Ghatkopar West, right opposite the Gautam Dudhalaya. If you are looking for the place, just look for the milk shop and you will see the entrance to our lane. It’s a typical Ghatkopar neighborhood, always a bit crowded and full of life. I’ve been in this room for quite a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what I do. I usually spend my mornings getting things organized and then the rest of the day is spent meeting people or handling paperwork. People in the area know me by name mostly because I’ve been around so long. I don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about me from their neighbors or friends. Being across from the dudhalaya means there is always a lot of foot traffic, so sometimes people just wander in to ask what I do. I try to be helpful whenever I can. The office is simple, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of files. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for me. I like being in Ghatkopar West because everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a busy life, but I enjoy the routine of coming here every day and seeing the same shops and people. There isn't any fancy corporate stuff here, just honest work in a small room.
