We are set up at Shop No 38/42 on Modi Street in the Fort area. It’s a good location, right near the GPO and Dr Rajkumar Road. We handle computer repairs, parts, and all the usual tech issues people run into. Our shop is a bit cramped because we have towers and monitors stacked up in the corners. It’s not a shiny electronics store; it’s more of a workshop where things actually get fixed. We spend most of our time with screwdrivers in hand, looking at motherboards or trying to recover data for someone who dropped their laptop. The air in here usually smells a bit like solder and dust. We’ve been in the Fort area for quite a bit now, and we’ve seen computers change from big boxes to the thin things people carry today. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to customers because it just confuses things. We just tell you what’s broken and if it’s worth fixing or not. Sometimes the shop gets loud with the fans running on the test benches. People from the nearby offices often drop off their machines in the morning and hope we can have them running by evening. We do our best to keep up with it all. It’s just a regular local computer shop. We aren't always the fastest if a part is hard to find, but we are honest about how long it takes.
