Our place is on 3rd Road in Khar West, specifically inside Prem Bhavan. If you know where the Gurudwara is, we are right across from it at 582/6. It is a nice part of town, though parking can be a real headache on the weekends because of the crowds. This isn't a huge operation. It’s mostly just us handling things as they come in. The building is an old one, Prem Bhavan has been here for ages, and we’ve been part of the landscape for quite a while now. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very informal setup. We handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and things can get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we find what we need eventually. The view of the Gurudwara is actually quite peaceful during the quieter hours of the morning. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood or have been coming to us for years. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work well enough for us. It’s a simple life here in Khar. We show up, do the work, and head home. Nothing too complicated about it. If the door is open, we are in. Just watch out for the traffic on the main road because it gets crazy in the evenings.
