Singhania & Co. operates out of Plot No. 102/103 in Jolly Maker Chambers Ii. If you know the area, you know these buildings have been here for a while. It’s a well-known spot. Our office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just desks, files, and people working. We share the floor with a few other businesses. Having two plots joined together gives us a bit more room for all the documents we have to store. It’s a busy building with people coming and going from the elevators all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through records. Singhania & Co. is basically just a group of us trying to keep up with the daily workload. The view from the windows is mostly just other buildings, but it's central and easy for people to reach. Sometimes the elevators in Jolly Maker Chambers Ii take a while, so we tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes. We don’t have any fancy signs on the wall. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent at these desks. It’s a professional environment but we keep it casual among ourselves. We’ve been in this location long enough that the security guards know us all by name. It’s a steady place to work and we like being part of the local business scene here. It’s not flashy, but it works for us every day.
