P. V. Agencies Freight Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. is based at 302, Kuntal Building. We are on L. B. S Marg in Ghatkopar West, right inside Mody Estates. This part of Mumbai is always moving fast. You can hear the horns honking on LBS Marg from our windows all day long. Our office is on the third floor and it is a hub of activity for freight and shipping talk. We have a lot of maps of the ports and different routes we use. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in here sometimes with all the files we have to keep for the government and the customs stuff. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee for the staff. The building itself is an older one, so it has that specific smell of paper and old wood. We don’t have a big receptionist area or anything like that. You just walk in and you’re right there with us. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and talking to people at the docks. Ghatkopar is a good place for us because it is well connected. Even when the monsoon rains make the roads a mess, we still make it in to keep things moving. We aren't a big corporate giant, just a group of people who know how to move cargo from point A to point B without making a fuss. We have been at it for years.
