Oxides & Specialities Ltd.

Our place is located at R14/116 in Unnat Nagar. That is over in Goregaon West. It’s a busy part of town. Oxides & Specialities Ltd. has been operating from here for some time. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the traffic and people moving around. Sometimes it's hard to find parking if you’re driving in. We’re used to the local sounds by now. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We have some shelves with files and old equipment tucked in corners. It feels like a lived-in space. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the neighbors fairly well. There's a tea stall not too far away that we visit often in the afternoons. Work usually starts early. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with. Goregaon West is always changing with new buildings going up, but our little corner of Unnat Nagar stays mostly the same. It feels more like a community than just a cold business district. We handle the daily tasks as they come. No two days are exactly alike, though the routine is pretty set. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a practical spot for us to be. We just get on with things without making much of a fuss. The monsoon makes the walk from the main road a bit difficult but we manage it every year.
