Overseas Recruitment Firm

Our office for this recruitment firm is in Chawl 162, Room Number 3. It’s right in the middle of a busy part of Mumbai, postcode 400 056. If you’ve never been to a chawl, it’s a bit of a different experience. It’s a small room, but it’s where all the work happens. We focus on finding jobs for people who want to work overseas. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs for people to sit while they fill out their forms. It can get quite hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving. There’s usually a queue of people outside on some mornings. We don’t have a website or fancy ads. Most people find us by word of mouth or just by walking past. We spend a lot of time checking passports and making sure all the visa documents are in order. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are looking for a better life. We just do our best to keep things organized in a small space. The neighborhood is loud, with kids playing and people talking, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been in Room 3 for a long time. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where work gets done every single day.
