Our office is over in Santacruz West right on S V Road in the Anand Centre building. Shop number 8 is where we do most of our daily work. It is a convenient location because the road is always active and full of life, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache on some days. We handle a lot of networking stuff like setting up routers and making sure cables are actually plugged in where they are supposed to be. It is not always the most glamorous work. Sometimes it involves crawling under old desks to find a port that just stopped working for no reason. We have been in this building for some time and know most of the other shop owners nearby. Mumbai can be quite tough on electronics because of the humidity so we end up replacing a lot of corroded parts. We are not a big flashy company with a glass lobby or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where we keep our tools and spare networking gear organized on metal shelves. When someone has an office setup that is acting up they usually give us a call or just stop by. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. If a server is down we go and look at it until it is fixed. There is usually a lot of tea involved during the long afternoons. We just deal with the daily tasks.
