We are based in the Mahim area of Mumbai, right in the heart of the city. Our work mainly involves IT training and helping people find jobs in the tech sector, mostly for the US market. It’s a busy office because there are always people coming in and out, asking about courses or looking for career advice. Mahim is a great spot because it’s so well-connected, which makes it easier for candidates to reach us from different parts of Maharashtra. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of computers for the training sessions and a few small rooms where we talk to people about their resumes. It can get a bit loud during the peak hours when several classes are going on at once. We don’t have much in the way of fancy office art or expensive rugs. It’s more about having enough chairs and working power strips. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we like being near the sea. Sometimes after a long day of recruitment calls, we just walk down the street to catch some air. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the local market pretty well. We see a lot of young people hoping to get their first break in IT. It keeps us busy and the atmosphere is always energetic. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to help folks get their skills up to speed.
