Omkar Lifters

You can find Omkar Lifters over at Plot No.841, in the Kamal Kunj area of Vallabha Kumar. We handle lifting equipment and related stuff. It’s a bit of a specialized trade, but it’s what we know. The office is pretty basic, mostly just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend a lot of time out on sites too, so the shop might seem quiet sometimes. My uncle started this, and a few of us have kept it going. It’s hard work moving heavy things, and there’s always something that needs fixing or grease. We don't have any flashy brochures or a sales team. If someone needs a lift, they usually call us or come by the plot because they’ve worked with us before. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice. We have some old machinery sitting in the back that we use for parts sometimes. It’s not a high-tech operation, just some guys who know how to handle big loads. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about how to move something heavy. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here. Our yard is filled with chains and pulleys. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a nice walk, but if you have a heavy load, it’s where you want to be. We just try to keep the equipment in good shape.
