Omega Cabs

Omega Cabs operates out of Malad West. We have been in this area for quite a while now. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always someone needing a ride to the station or work. We don’t have a massive corporate office with hundreds of employees in suits. It is more of a local operation. We spend a lot of our time coordinating drivers and talking to people who need to get somewhere on time. Malad West is a big place, so we stay pretty active throughout the day. Our routine usually starts early and ends late because that is when people need cabs the most. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide cars for people. It is a simple service. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the traffic is bad or a car breaks down, but we do our best to manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be the one people in Malad can call when they are in a hurry. Our team is small and we all know the roads around here really well. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so we know all the shortcuts and the bad spots to avoid during rush hour. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know the local streets. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on being here.
