The shop is right in the middle of Colaba Market, which is always a hectic place to be. We are located near the Hanuman Mandir and close to the Po Vadgadi area of Colaba. It is a small space filled with a lot of different items, mostly things related to the local culture and art. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long—vendors shouting, bells ringing at the temple, and the constant hum of people walking past the entrance. We have been in this part of town for quite some time now. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot of inventory on the shelves, and sometimes things get a little dusty. We spend our days talking to people who stop by while they are doing their regular shopping in the market. It is not a quiet place, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes we sit on a stool outside the door just to get a bit of fresh air and watch the crowds. The light inside isn't the best, so we use a few extra lamps to show off the details of the items we have. It’s a straightforward business, and we are just another part of the busy market street. People usually find us while they are on their way to the temple or just wandering through the stalls looking for something unique to take home. We keep things simple and just focus on the day ahead.
