Om Energy Savers

You’ll find us over at the Antophill Warehousing Complex in Wadala East. It’s a massive place, and we are in the C-wing, room 306. The college is nearby, so there are always students around the area, which keeps things feeling lively. We focus on energy-saving products, which is why we have a lot of stock kept in the warehouse. It’s a lot of shelves and boxes and a small corner where we have our desks. The air in the warehouse can be a bit still, so we keep the fans going all day. We’re just a group of people who think it’s important to offer products that don't waste power. We don't have a big sales pitch. Usually, people come to us because they need something specific for their building or factory. It’s a lot of loading and unloading. We know most of the other people in the complex, so it feels like a little community. Sometimes we share a tea or help each other out with moving stuff. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache, but we stay on top of it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We like being in Wadala because it’s fairly central for deliveries. Most days are spent checking orders and making sure the inventory counts are right. It’s honest, simple work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We try to leave the office by six if the workload allows.
