Our office is in Premier House, over on Plot 38 along Central Road in MIDC, Andheri East. It’s a very industrial area, as the name suggests. There are trucks and vans moving around all day long. We’ve been here at Olivia Impex for quite some time. It's a practical location for what we do because it’s easy for transport to get in and out, usually. The office itself is just a regular room with desks and a lot of paper. We handle various import and export tasks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy decor. We’re more interested in getting the shipping documents right. Sometimes it’s stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve worked together for years. Andheri East is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. It’s honest work, and we try to be as helpful as we can when clients call. The building is sturdy and does the job. We show up, have our coffee, and get to work on whatever orders came in overnight. It’s just how we run things here. There is always something that needs sorting out before the day ends.
