Octane Sealing Technology

We set up Octane Sealing Technology in Jogeshwari West because it’s a good spot for industrial work. Our unit is in the Ram Janak Sing building, right across from the Veena Dalwia Industrial Estate. It’s a busy part of Baner Road, and there is always some noise from the factories around us. We spend most of our time working on seals and mechanical parts for machines. It’s greasy work and our hands are rarely clean, but that’s how it goes when you’re dealing with gaskets and industrial fittings all day. The shop isn't very large, but we have enough space for the tools and the inventory we need. We supply parts to a lot of the neighboring workshops and some bigger plants further out. People usually come by when something breaks or when they are doing routine maintenance on their equipment. We’ve been here long enough that most of the guys in the industrial estate know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big sales team. It's just us in the unit making sure the orders are ready and the seals are the right size for whatever machine they’re going into. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the shelves, but usually, there’s a pile of work waiting for us when we open up in the morning. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
